2. Description of Service
Tune Tournament™ offers a service that lets you import playlists from external platforms (e.g. Spotify, Apple Music), pair music tracks in tournament brackets, and export the resulting data.
3. Third-Party Music Platforms
When you connect Tune Tournament™ to third-party services like Spotify or Apple Music, you must also adhere to their respective Terms of Service. Tune Tournament™ is not responsible for the availability of their services.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes or to conduct any activity that would damage, disable, or impair the app's functionality.
5. Limitation of Liability
Tune Tournament™ is provided 'as-is' without warranties of any kind. We will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the application.
